Why does YadaList emphasize condition notes so much? Because undisclosed defects cost resellers real money — returns, negative feedback, account health hits. Detailed condition notes generated from your photos and voice input are a core differentiator. The AI flags scratches, wear, missing parts, and anything else it can see.

Are condition notes the same as the condition grade? No. The condition grade (New, Like New, Good, etc.) is the standard marketplace category. Condition notes are the detailed freeform description — "light shelf wear on spine, previous owner's name on inside cover, no highlighting." Both are generated.
